Nausicaa’s “crew”

Nausicaa’s social policy has encouraged employees to give strong commitment and support to the company project: an ongoing quest for excellence in the services offered to the public, combined with the know-how of its staff.

Versatility

Nausicaa’s staff have developed a highly versatile approach in order to provide a constantly improving service for visitors and more people in contact with the public if necessary. The public is therefore always offered the highest quality of reception, even at peak periods and other busy moments.

Training

There is an ambitious vocational training policy for employees, which aims to develop their abilities and provide a continuity of knowledge within the company: skills, scientific and technical training... The strategy also helps staff gain a mastery of new technologies as they appear so that they are always at the forefront (filtration, fibre optics, IT, Internet, etc.). Passing on the Nausicaa message is also taken into consideration, with a view to increasing its impact on the public. Nausicaa’s staff are therefore trained in public speaking.
