What is a « Online ticket »?

With the Nausicaa Web tickets, you will avoid the queue and access directly to the entrance of the exhibitions. The pass gives you access to the whole Centre. The special rates are only available at Nausicaa‘s cash desk and are subjected to supporting documentation.

You will need to select the date of your visit on a calendar. Once you have completed your order, tickets will be in PDF format attached to your confirmation e-mail a few minutes after your purchase (please download Acrobat Reader for free to open your PDF). Print your tickets and show them at the entrance of the exhibition without going to the cash desk. At the entrance of the exhibition your identification will be asked.

The group rate applies for a minimum of 20 people and can only be ordered upon reservation by e-mail, or at the following number: +33 03 21 30 99 89 (Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 18h).
