PRACTICAL INFORMATION FOR DISABLED VISITORS

Nausicaá proposes a range of services to meet the specific requirements of disabled visitors to facilitate their visit.

We have designed a circuit adapted to visitors with reduced mobility. It is possible to access almost the entirety of the “Journey on the High Seas” and “Mankind and shores” exhibitions thanks to lifts provided. Disabled access toilets are situated at different places throughout the visit.

Wheelchairs are available at the Aquarium reception desk. ID and deposit required.

Nausicaá proposes special tariffs for disabled visitors on presentation of supporting documents. Special tariffs are also available for accompanying carers, subject to conditions.

Free and paid car parks are available for visitors with reduced mobility. For more information, see the Access Page.

Guide dogs are welcome in the Aquarium, subject to supporting dog ID. Dogs must wear an official harness or collar.

The checkout has an audio induction loop for deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors.
