PRACTICAL INFORMATION FOR DISABLED VISITORS
Nausicaá proposes a range of services to meet the specific requirements of disabled visitors to facilitate their visit.
We have designed a circuit adapted to visitors with reduced mobility. It is possible to access almost the entirety of the “Journey on the High Seas” and “Mankind and shores” exhibitions thanks to lifts provided. Disabled access toilets are situated at different places throughout the visit.
Wheelchairs are available free of charge at the Aquarium’s reception. You will be asked to leave an ID as a security deposit.
Special rates are available to disabled people when a disabled person’s card is shown. Special rates may also be available to people accompanying them, subject to conditions.
Free and paid car parks are available for visitors with reduced mobility. For more information, see the Access Page.
Guide dogs are welcome in the Aquarium, subject to supporting dog ID. Dogs must wear an official harness or collar.
The checkout has an audio induction loop for deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors.
